How do I use the Bible Chain Reference resource sheets?
Each resource sheet walks you through one biblical topic using a series of Scripture references arranged in historical order.
Write the topic and first reference in the front of your Bible. Then turn to that verse, highlight or underline it, and write the next reference in the margin. Continue following the chain until you’ve completed the study. As you continue reading Scripture on your own, you can add new verses to your chain.
What do I write on the line next to the reference?
Use that space to write a key word, short phrase, or brief note that explains how the verse contributes to the topic you’re studying. Your notes don’t have to be perfect—they’re simply there to help you remember what you discovered as you followed the chain..

Are these sheets meant to replace Bible Study?
Not at all.
Think of them as a roadmap. They help you see how a theme develops from Genesis to Revelation, but the real study happens as you slow down, read the surrounding passage, ask questions, and let Scripture interpret Scripture.
What if there are duplicate references for different topics?
There are most definitely duplicate references and that’s intentional.
Many passages teach more than one biblical truth. For example, a verse about Christ’s sacrifice might also belong in a study on substitution, redemption, or reconciliation. Seeing those connections helps you understand Scripture more completely.
Why are the references in historical order instead of Bible order?
Because it helps you watch God’s revelation unfold over time. Rather than jumping randomly through the Bible, you’ll see how a truth is introduced, developed, and ultimately fulfilled.
Will you be releasing more volumes?
Yes! This collection is growing as I continue creating new chain-reference studies. Future volumes will cover additional theological topics, Christian living, biblical themes, people, prayer, and much more.
