My love for Scripture didn’t begin in seminary. It began years earlier—in Sunday School classrooms, youth group Bible studies, college courses, and at my own desk with an open Bible.

Along the way, another passion was growing too: creativity. I’ve always loved telling stories, creating beautiful things, and putting pen to paper.

Years of homeschooling my boys taught me that some of the deepest learning happens when we slow down, ask questions, make connections, and write what we’re learning.

Eventually, those passions came together.

The Bible Chain Reference Project grew from that intersection.
